Terms and Conditions

1. The amount we can offer is based on current market rates and conditions. We generally provide better rates for items delivered to our yard.
2. We can arrange collection of your items, but the cost will be factored into any offer we make.
3. Criteria for collection include:
   • Access for goods vehicles
   • Position of items on the property
   • Labour requirements
   • Time required to load goods
   • Forklift availability
   • Items being palletized
   • Quantity of goods
4. We do not offer waste collection services and are not obliged to collect items requiring disposal.
5. All quotes are valid for 30 days and are conditional. They will be finalized only after we have physically viewed the items.
6. Offers are made in principle. However, the true value and condition of items can only be determined upon full inspection. We reserve the right to decline or retract any offer after physical inspection.
7. We will provide you with an itemized Purchase Order and generally make payments via BACS within 7 working days. For small quantities/smaller items we may agree to cash on collection. Cash payments for items delivered to our yard are subject to our discretion.
8. If we decline your offer, we will keep your details on record and may make an offer in the future should our position change.
9. We reserve the right to request proof of ID from any private seller and proof of ownership for the items.
10. We reserve the right to retract from any deal at any time if we feel that conditions or our circumstances have changed.
