Handmade to fit our customers spec, this set of 1930s style doors are made from solid P1 Joinery grade oak. Left untreated for finishing in situ. All doors have beaded detail on quartersawn oak panels. With the external door having a barred top panel ready to receive glazing. Each doorway was a different size, making it impossible to fit ‘off the shelf’ doors and still retain the equal proportions and integrity that a custom door holds.
Doors are carefully packed for transport, with softwood ‘bumper strips’ tacked to the bottom to avoid damage when moving around.
