Shipping Policy:
Delivery Service
Our products ship via a third-party pallet network due to their size and weight. Orders arrive wrapped on a 4-way pallet, offloaded by tail-lift, and moved to kerbside via pallet truck. Ensure a 12.5-ton rigid vehicle can access your property. You’re responsible for moving the pallet after delivery. Contact us before ordering if you have access restrictions or special delivery needs.
Where Does The Cost Come From?
Delivery prices are set by our transport provider based on weight bands and postcode. Our heavy, fragile products (around 23kg per box) are securely palletized to ensure safe arrival. This is the standard method for transporting brick slips.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Sample Delivery
Samples should be delivered within 3 working days. A selection of slips from your chosen product will be sent to give a true impression of the colour and texture variation throughout the batch.
Product Delivery
We try to keep all of our brick slip stretcher slips in stock at all times. In-stock products are delivered within 3-4 working days. If headers and pistols are required for your project, these may need additional preparation time. Please contact us on 01889 574066 for an approximate lead time.
Our outside haulier aims to contact you with a two-hour slot on the day of delivery.
How are our products delivered?
Our product orders are delivered secured to a pallet. The stretcher slips come in boxes of 0.5sqm quantity packed together, while pistol corners and header slips are sold individually but come in the same boxes to keep them secure.
Our slips may be delivered on either an articulated lorry or an 18.5-ton rigid. If your delivery address wouldn't be accessible to a bus, then please let us know so we can arrange for a smaller delivery vehicle with our transport provider.
