What are your opening times?

We are open Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, and saturdays 9am – 4pm.

Are you open on bank holidays?

Updates for opening hours on public holidays are available on our website and socials. Its always best to check to avoid disappointment!

Where are you located?

We are located in the centre of England in rural Staffordshire. Our central location allows us to deliver nationwide straight to your building site.

Do I need an appointment to visit?

You are welcome to visit any time within our opening hours without an appointment. Just drop by.

What do you sell

We sell all kinds of reclaimed building materials including bricks, roof tiles, quarry tiles, wall coping, chimney pots etc. Also garden items such as statuary, reclaimed troughs and planters. Our indoor showrooms contain a mix of both reclaimed and new items for your space including home decor, furniture and artwork. We also supply oak flooring and porcelain flooring.

Are children allowed in the yard?

For health and safety reasons children are not currently available in our yard. They are more than welcome in our showrooms and reception areas.

Are dogs allowed in the yard?

Well behaved dogs are allowed in our yard and all indoor areas. All we ask is that they are kept on a lead at all times, and clean up any ‘accidents’.

Is your stock well organised?

We try! Being organised helps us to keep track of our stock and ensure we can help customers with their shopping experience as efficiently as possible.

Is the yard muddy

The yard has concrete pathways or hard standing in the vast majority of areas. We do recommend closed toe comfortable footwear as our yard is big and your visit may involve a bit of walking. We have umbrellas available in reception if the weather requires. It is cold in the winter, so wrap up if you think your visit may be a long one!

How big is your yard?

Our yard covers a 10 acre site and is arguably the largest reclamation yard in the UK.

Are all of your products online?

Approximately half of what we hold in stock is on line. Our stock is forever changing, and to put everything onto our website would be a huge task. If you cant see what you are looking for, it is always worth contacting us as we may well have exactly what you are looking for or may be able to source it for you.

How does you ‘Enquire about this product’ button work?

All of our online products have a button that allows you to ‘enquire about this product’. This sends an email direct to office, and our team aim to get back to you as soon as possible.

How can I find out about your new arrivals and offers?

You can subscribe to our monthly mailing list here. Also, follow our socials for daily updates of offers and items of interest.

When making a purchase, how much wastage should I allow for?

On most building materials, we would advise to allow 10% wastage. But our team will be happy to advise on particular products.

How does delivery work?

Most of our deliveries are made using a pallet courier, or on our own haulage fleet. Smaller items may be delivered by parcel courier. All delivery prices are given based on postcode, weight and size.

How long does delivery take?

We can get products with you within 72hrs. Sometimes sooner with prior arrangement.

Do you offer advice on reclaimed products. Can you help me select the best product for my project?

Our friendly and knowledgeable sales team are here to help enqure you purchase the most suitable materials for your work. With over 30 years experience in the reclaim industry, we have the best equipped staff in the trade!

Do you have a forklift on site?

We have a team of forklifts on site that we can use for loading and offloading of goods. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist!

Do you have a toilet on site?

We do! Mens and ladies private toilets are available.

Are refreshments available?

Our state of the art coffee machine provides beautiful freshly ground drinks to rival any large or small coffee shop in the area. If tea is more your thing, we will happily knock you up a brew. Our reception staff will be happy to recommend local eateries if you would like to indulge in lunch or dinner after your visit.

Do you purchase items from private sellers and the public?

We do! You can send us details of items that you are wanting to sell by visiting our ‘We buy your reclaimed items‘ page on our website. Alternatively, you can email us at buying@cawardenreclaim.co.uk.

Do you offer Bulk Discounts?

We may offer a discount for orders of large quantities. Discounts can be discussed with our sales team and a quotation can be provided.

Can you provide a free quoatation?

Yes we can. Please contact our sales office with details of your requirements and a member of our team will be more than happy to provide a quotation for your needs.

How can I make payment?

Payment can be made using credit or debit card over the telephone, or by BACS. We accept credit/debir cards in person within our yard, as well as cash. An itemised VAT receipt will be provided for all purchases. VAT is charged at 20% (unless qualifying proof is provided for the 5% government scheme).

Can I place an order online?

At the moment, we cannot accept orders online. We will be enabling this feature for certain products on our website in the near future. Keep an eye on our socials for notification!

There is a problem with my order, what should I do?

We try everything we can to ensure that your items arrive as specified and undamaged. In the unlikely event that an error or incident does occur. Please call us on 01889 574066 to inform us. We will do everything we can to rectify any issues quickly and efficiently.
