A simple idea creating a fantastic feature in which to stand a logburner. This has been created using some of our Reclaimed Stoke Brindle bricks. The customer wanted to build a brick hearth and have the same bricks to run behind the burner, but without the bulk of a full brick. To help them achieve this we supplied the Stoke Brindles in full bricks for the base, and cut the brick into 20mm thick slips for the wall cladding feature.
Any of the bricks in our yard can be cut into slips, we do this in our yard, by hand to our high standard.
