New Restoration Bricks

As one of the country’s leading brick suppliers, Cawarden work tirelessly to provide the trade industry with high quality new restoration bricks that are sure to improve any building project. In certain situations, it can sometimes be difficult to source large quantities of reclaimed bricks for an individual project. Here at Cawarden, we have therefore introduced a number of new handmade bricks to extend and compliment our existing brick range. These will blend nicely with your existing brickwork, and can save projects that have ran out of bricks just short of completion.

What makes restoration bricks different?

Restoration bricks are made for projects that require a specific style of bricks such as the renovation and conservation of old buildings. This type of brick has a unique character that allows for a seamless finished look.

What types of new restoration bricks are available?

Here at Cawarden we offer wirecut new restoration bricks as well as handmade restoration bricks and miscellaneous new bricks. Wirecut bricks are perfect for multiple internal and external applications, they are processed and smoothed which is why they are most commonly used to achieve a modern look. New handmade bricks have a more traditional look which makes them more suitable for restoring existing buildings, keeping the authentic look.

What needs to be considered when buying new restoration bricks?

One of the main things to take into consideration when buying new restoration bricks is the style and colour. Restoration bricks can widely vary in colours and styles. If you’re planning to restore an existing brick wall, it’s important to use bricks that match in colour to make the job as seamless as possible.
